With such a large number of SKUs one of the priorities given was the need to create a package system that would allow for multiple variations and keep non-redundant materials to a minimum.
Distribution and assembly were at the heart of every decision.
Heavy Metal!
Along with new packaging there was a need for new a new product catalog for distributors. We took the opportunity to showcase the product material and color options by creating a powder-coated cover and business cards that doubled as color chips.
